Trapezium Mill
Trapezium Mill is innovated and developed based on many years hard research, designed and improved according to using and suggesting of mill users, on basis of high roller mill, which is a new, efficient, energy saving super fine powder making machine for customers abroad. Kefid trapezium mill mainly consists of mainframe, speed reducer, high density classifier, blower, bag filter, piping, elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, crusher, cyclone, motor, etc. Super pressure trapezium mill is mainly used in metallurgy, construction materials, chemicals, ores, highway construction, hydroelectricity, fire resistant materials, steel industries to process powder. Those materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, the marble, ceramic, bauxite, iron ore, copper, iron oxide red, zircon sand, slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, garnet, iron oxide yellow, fertilizer, compound fertilizer, fly ash, coal, chromium oxide green, gold, red mud, clay, kaolin, coke, coal gangue, porcelain clay, kyanite , fluorspar, bentonite, stone, shale, basalt, gypsum, graphite, silicon carbide, thermal insulation materials with mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, and non-flammable and non-explosive ore materials are suitable for processing.
Trapezium Mill Features:
1.Innovative roller and grinding ring design. Comparing with Raymond mill, rollers and grinding ring are designed as multiple steps shape, which can reduce falling speed of material falling in rollers and grinding ring, and prolong grinding time of materials, enhance products’ fineness and production capacity.
2.High efficient balance pressure spring. Trapezium mill absorbs advantages of Raymond mill and roller mill, which can connect roller integration by the horizontal spring and pull bar. Generated radial force can reduce wear of main draft and bearings caused by bulk materials’ falling into the grinding cavity and prolong life span of equipments.
3.Main frame and powder separator is braid connected, vibration and noise will be reduced by vibration spring and seal tape, and avoid resonance at the same time.
4.High-density, high-precision impeller device.
5.High efficient centrifugal fan. Fans play an important role in the whole rotating process, the trapezium impeller energy saving fans are adopted, which is much more efficient that vertical impeller fans.
6.Comparing with Raymond mill, the patent super pressure trapezium mill with convenient, prompt adjustment of clearance between head of the separator and the shell, can greatly improve fineness of the readymade products.
