Large raw materials should be fed into the Jaw Crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the material will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed gold ore materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to our customer’s requirement. 

Our customer from North America owns a Gold Mine and needs to crush copper ore for further processing. He required the final products to be 10mm. Our engineers recommended Hydraulic Cone Crusher with other crushing and screening plants for his project and made a complete Gold ore crushing line for him.

Production line process:

Gold ore raw material from vibrating feeder evenly sent into jaw crusher for coarse crushing, the material transported by belt conveyor to HPC hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing, and then these materials are fed into vibrating screen for screening. After screening, the standard will become part of the final product, the rest of the material back into the cone crusher for broken again. After HPC cone crusher crushing the gold ore particle size is fit into the next grinding stage machine ball mill, then after flotation, concentrate and drying get dry gold concentrate.
