Process Description:
The clients require KEFID to supply a 150-200 tph dolomite crushing and reshaping line and the final aggregates will be used in the batching plants. So our experienced engineers design a 3 stage crushing solution for him. It includes the primary jaw crusher PE750X1060, secondary CS cone crusher CSB160/C, and the tertiary hydraulic impact crusher PFS1315. All the crushed dolomite from the cone crusher will be crushed and reshaped by the impactor, and this gives all the final aggregates good quality cubic shape and high level gradation. This is the most popular layout in the middle east area, and gets good reputation for KEFID brand.
