Disadvantages of mobile crushing plants
The disadvantages of mobile crushing plant is that the crushers have a limited capacity, are slow to move, have civil and structural design difficulties, problems with clean up around mobile plant and dust issues. A lot of these disadvantages are going with larger more mobile plants being designed and built.
With a similar lifespan to that of stationary systems, mobile plants have few disadvantages. There are even significant environmental advantages of using a mobile system: eliminating trucks reduces noise, vibrations and emissions – and fuel. Safety too is enhanced, as fast moving vehicles play a significant role in site accident statistics. Mobile crushing plants are not suitable for heavy rainfall or arctic type climates.
Mobile systems will not totally replace the stationary variety for larger projects. If friends need more information or technical support, you can contact with you engineer team.
