The whole stone processing flowchart
1 First , bulk materials are transported by truck or excavator to the feeder (GZD1100 * 4200), and then vibrating feeder evenly into the broken jaw (PE750 * 1060) crushing chamber. Because of the crushing chamber PE750 * 1060 Jaw crusher feed size up to 630mm, and therefore the particle size of 500-600mm material can use it for the first time broken. Material from PE750 * 1060 after crushing jaw crusher , particle size becomes 80-140mm. The first step in breaking completed.
2 After the initial broken jaw crusher and impact crusher broken twice after particle size has basically reached the requirements of customers, but the problem we are facing is how the particle size of the material according to their classification. What we need now is an aggregate can be divided into different levels of granularity by special sieves , multi-level structure is stable and reliable , high efficiency vibrating screen can meet this requirement . For 150t / h output, we recommend a model for our customers and 3YK1548 3YK2160 sieve.
3 . Impact broke processed material will be the first by a belt conveyor into the model 3YK2160 sieve , then three different particle size of the material will be screened out ( larger particle size ) , in 3YK2160 sieve material from the belt to the top machine and then into 3YK1548 sieve for screening , and then another four different grain size materials Jiangbei screening out ( small particle size ) . At this point , the entire production line of stone crushing and screening is completed.
