Mineral Ore Dressing Process

Mineral ore that suitable for deep processing are gold ore, copper ore, magnetite, manganese ore, lead-zinc deposit, etc. For most mineral mine, the processing capacity usually is not very large, the common crushing and beneficiation capacity are about 1 ton to 100 ton, so we can call them as small scale mineral ore process. Equipment used in the whole plant are also with small capacity. As one of our Ghana customer, who has a gold ore mine and the gold ore dressing plant is of 10 ton per hour. Crushing Process: mineral ore transported by the stope truck, unloaded into a capacity of 70 m3 of ore bin to electromagnetic vibrating feeder, then into a 400 x 600 jaw crusher for rough broken. After row of ore crushing and a row of ore merger, the Belt Conveyor sent crushed stone to 1200 * 3000 vibrating screen, sieve products sent to the mid-sized cone crusher recrushing; the undersize product to the volume of 160m3 two fine ore bin. The crushing final product granularity is about 15 ~ 0mm. The belt conveyor is equiped with automatic iron removal device and metering device.
Grinding Flotation: In these two series, each series by a 1500 * 3000mm lattice-type ball mill with 1200mm single spiral classifier period of closed-circuit grinding, grinding concentration of 79% to 82%, the classifier overflow concentration34% to 36%, and the fineness of 59% to 62% -200 mesh, a period of flotation using a rough selection, secondary selection, a sweeping election, shared the 5A flotation machine 12 slot. Stage grinding ball mill using a 1500 * 3000mm and 250mm hydrocyclone constitute a closed-circuit cyclone overflow concentration of 25% to 28%, 90% -200 mesh fineness. Sec flotation rougher time, three selection, secondary scavenger shared 5A flotation machine 16 slot.
Usually, the mineral processing and beneficiation process contain two sections, a closed-circuit crushing, stage grinding, stage flotation, concentrate, filtered two-stage dehydration process. But it is better that different mineral ore process choose different equipment, because many mineral ore have different mineral properties.
